The MAJOR complaint is about the oil change. They should know how many quarts of oil to put in the vehicle I have since it is a Mopar product! But, apparently they don’t. The day after picking it up from the shop the check engine light came on. Added a quart of oil, at my additional cost of course, and the engine light went off. The van ALWAYS takes 6 quarts, but these alleged Mopar techs only put in 5. And to boot, they listed the wrong oil type on the reminder sticker on the windshield. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Amazing help from start to finish. Ronald was very helpful and professional. Thank you all for helping me select my new Jeep. It was also great shaking Mr ilderton's hand when I purchased this new vehicle and he also was present when I bought a jeep 5 years ago. Great family business.

Service department is top notch. Every single person I spoke to over the last week in regards to fixing my Jeep was amazing. The staff there are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. I will never go to another dealership again. Highly recommend!!

I came in at 9:45 to get both my jeep gladiators oil changed and oil filter and one NC inspection .I asked them do they top off all the fluid’s under the hood and they said yes.I told him to add some power steering fluid on the black jeep he said that they would.On the print out receipt it said added windshield washer fluid.Nothing was added to anything.The white jeep had oil changed and nc safety inspection.The black jeep had oil change.The black jeep had oil spilled all over the engine.I cleaned it up when I got home.No power steering fluid was added.It was 12:15 when I left, Two and a half hours I waited.I have been a customer for over 12 years I’ve bought 5 vehicles from ya’ll .I should not have to go behind ya’ll and check your work! I chose your dealership to buy from.They are plenty more choices out there.Something that simple as a routine oil and filter change and top off the fluids.Thanks DTAUMAN

Disappointed in my last visit for service here. I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday afternoon, for a Monday morning appointment to replace shocks. The service rep and I spoke on Tuesday and I shared the repairs needed to be completed by Thursday as we had a rental car that needed to be turned in on Friday. I called back Thursday afternoon as I had not heard anything and was informed that the service would not be performed u til the following week. I said this wasn’t acceptable and decided to not pursue the repair. Not sure what happened as we typically have had good service but this was a very disappointing experience and I question if we will seek future repairs there.
